Atherosclerosis (formation of fatty deposits in the arteries)



Atherosclerosis is a chronic disease - characterised by thickening of the artery walls and the loss of its elasticity, narrowing of the artery opening and impediment to blood supply of the organs.


SUGGESTIONS:


- Relaxation and breathing exercises come first, daily.

- Cleansing the liver, the gut and the blood.

- Stick to vegan diet + drink juices from vegetables especially celery. - Reduce psycho-emotional exertions and physical exertions too.

- Quit smoking and alcohol for good.


SUGGESTED RECIPES:


1. Minced (in a machine used to mince meat) garlic (200grams) to be mixed with 200ml of alcohol (96%) in a container / jar, close it well and leave to soak for 10 days (room temperature). Strain / sieve it after 10 days and start using 2 days afterwards .


Take it 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals, first day start with one drop 3 times a day, then on 2nd day - 2 drops 3 times a day - and after that, on third day, 3 drops 3 times a day. All the way up to 15 drops, 3 times a day and carry on like that (15 drops, 3 times a day) till you finish the prepared tincture / extract.


You can add these drops to tea, compote, soya milk etc
