Cold



DEFINITION


Cooling of the organism or its parts, due to which certain condition emerge (flu, cold, pneumonia, rheumatism, etc)


RECOMMENDATIONS:


1. Clear the organism (body) of pathological mucus, especially in the head region


2. Cleanse the colon


3. Fasting (on urine therapy) for minimum of 24hrs


4. Eliminate (from your diet ) the following mucus-enhancing food: starch-rich products and protein-rich products (bread, pasta, sweets, milk, greasy food, meat, chocolate)


5. Heat-based therapies


6. Extracts and decoction of herbs


7. With first symptoms of a COLD - do stop using food and do not drink too much water, just as you feel you need.


RECIPES:


1. When you notice the first symptoms of cold and/or flu do rinse, during the day 8-12 times (at intervals), the nose and the mouth with ‘dead’ water, and in the evening drink up half a glass (100-150ml) of ‘ live’ water (these terms were explained already in a previous article - to access click here ) Till the end of the day - the condition is expected to disappear .


2. Chop up and mash up 100gr of garlic and mix with 500gr olive oil, leave to soak for a week and then sieve. With this olive oil extract rinse your mouth when you notice first signs of cold.


3. In thermos-flask put a soup-spoon of elder flower (dry) and pour boiling water over it. Leave in it (closed) for 1hr and then sieve/filter . Drink in the evening hours, each time about 100-200ml, warm.


There are other approaches involving urine-therapy method, very efficient, but not to some people’s liking (can be explained if readers request it.)
